Since the beliefs that parents want to instill in their children can vary greatly, we ask that instead of adding your personal opinions about what is right or wrong in a film, that you instead use this feature to help parents make informed viewing decisions by describing the facts of relevant scenes in the title for each one of the different categories: Sex and Nudity, Violence and Gore, Profanity, Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking, and Frightening/Intense Scenes.

Sex & Nudity

One very brief scene of woman taking off top in non-sexual context; the side of one of her breasts is visible for a few seconds.

a woman is raped by a tree her breast is briefly seen, along with a tree branch squeezing it. Moaning can also be heard, along with the branch possibly very briefly thrusting.

Violence & Gore

Lots of extreme violence and gore throughout.

There is a scene where a woman throws a man against a bookcase.

A woman stabs another person in the ankle with a pencil, you can see blood ooze, and crunching of her bone.

A man forces a woman into a cellar and hits her in the face with the handle of an axe.

A woman falls into a lit fireplace and her face is smoldering and bleeding when she gets out.

A zombie bites off it's own hand, you see blood gush while it is chewing and you here crunching of the bone, there are no cutaways you see the entire thing, when it is finished it screams in pain and blood squirts and spews from the bloody stump.

A man stabs someone with some sort of strange knife, we see blood pour out the head of the knife.

A man gets thrown into another bookcase.

A man gouges the eyes out of a zombie, you see bright viscous red blood flowing slowly out of his eye sockets.

A person is chopped apart with an axe; although you only see blood squirt every time the axe goes down, you later see the bloody body parts twitching and squirting blood.

A man comes from outside bleeding and bruised severely.

Two people start to decompose rapidly, with flesh disappearing to reveal blood and muscle. We see blood spurt from them graphically, and then we see arms shoot out of them, throwing blood and gore everywhere, and then the parts of the people fall to the ground (the parts most focussed on are their heads, which explode sending pieces of decomposed brain everywhere).

A man hits a woman multiple times; mostly in the head and face.

A person's leg is scratched to the bone, and lots of blood is seen.

A zombie leaps into the air to attack someone, and then gets decapitated with a shovel. The decapitated body falls onto the person with the shovel, and we see the bloody neck stump spurt blood onto the person's face. The severed head is seen later, still alive.

A pipe breaks open and blood flows out of it into a man's face. We also see some blood fill a light bulb, which explodes, and some blood flows onto a projector, which projects onto a wall.

A man shoots someone in the head and neck, we see blood spurt.

A man grabs another man's leg and begins to bite into it, we see blood start to trickle out of the wound.

A person hits a man in the back with the blunt side of a fire poker.

Profanity

Some strong language, but it is brief and infrequent.

Possible smoking or references to liquor.

Lots of scenes; the whole movie is meant to be frightening. The extreme gore may also be intense for a lot of viewers. The tree-rape scene may be intense for some. The demon-possessed people look frightening, complete with pale skin, white eyes, and blood pouring out of their mouths.
