What Did You Think You Were Watching?
wevemoved12 March 2017
Gee, a TV show that makes things up. Go figure.

Those of you ripping it for being unbelievable do not understand the American IQ.

The show may be full of nonsense but it is fun to watch. If you don't take it or yourself too seriously.

Yes it started off realistically but people want to be entertained. There are only so many boring genius stories that can entertain America. This episode and the two previous ones did just that.

Walter doesn't need to be fixed
goodrumr17 November 2021
The writers seem to have taken the notion that Walter needs to be fixed. But they're wrong. Just because a person doesn't express things in the same manner as the majority, doesn't make them wrong or broken. In particular, Paige's character still hasn't learned that it's her reaction that is what's wrong.

Very good FICTIONAL TV show

Warning: Spoilers
This is all the more tense because it's racing to save Cabe. Watching Sly try to trap a snake and Walter and Paige in the nudist spa -hilarious fun.

The bit I don't like is seeing Cabe look so ill.

More pitiful nonsense
sd-lister3 January 2017
This show has gone from incredulous to ridiculous. At this point it's just a parody. How this nonsensical episode has an 8.2 rating on IMDb (at the time of my review) is absolutely amazing and speaks volumes regarding the average viewer's intelligence/expectations. Like many others, I started with this show liking the premise and the actors but the writing has just gotten asinine. None of the plot devices make sense anymore if realism has any bearing. And the drawn out relationship angst between Walter and Paige is simply overplayed and downright annoying now. Either cancel this mess or bring on some writers with real chops. Otherwise, it's become pitiful and just plain painful to watch.

Nonsense
Veritas993 January 2017
Warning: Spoilers
I am sure that the producers are assuming that the viewers are really stupid...This series became more and more full of nonsense: - in desert heat, Sly is wearing a knitted vest, Toby a coat... - they are "freezing" Cabe with some water and a hose, in the same heat, then injecting 40 cc of cold, dirty water directly in his heart - I can only assume that he survives by the end of the episode, I don't know, at this point I have stopped watching. Unless this is suddenly a SF, so they can revive Cabe with a magic potion or such, this is not making sense. I appreciated some of the episodes - they can teach some science combined with fun, for children, but such nonsense is too much.

Oh, I remember another episode when they were explaining how crops were affected by insects because bats were sick...then comparing it with situation from Syria: drought, starving people invading other countries.... Conclusion was: treat the bats so they can eat the insects, so the crops will be enough to feed the Mexicans so they should not come to the States....Not mentioning that the insects from bats diet are not the ones which are affecting the crops... Too much nonsense...

What?! People actually wrote and pulled it off?!
clpierce19777 March 2024
Warning: Spoilers
Ok, haven't even watched the show yet, but was looking for trivia and quotes, and to my surprise, Walter and Paige have to go to a nudist colony to get a certain chemical from their hot springs. They even talk to a security guard, who makes them strip down to their birthday suits to get in. WHY didn't they have the guard call an ambulance to get Cabe out of the desert and to a medical facility instead of making a crazy experiment out of trying to save his life?! I've complained before about the crap job these writers do with other medical crisis', but this is getting boarder-line insane. Such an obvious plot hole that no one else seems to find the glaring stupidity of either the people who watch this show, or the ones who write it. I'm glad this train wreck of a dumpster fire is ending soon, because it truly needs to be sent the "the farm" where all the pets go to when they "run away".
