I would rate it somewhere between an eight and a nine but since it one of the better season six episodes and is one that can stand more than one or two viewings I lean towards a nine.
The case itself is also one of the better ones for season six . When the resort to a technique that looks inside the patient's mind everyone is impressed but Foreman . When Chase remarks doesn't anything get you excited and Thirteen roles her eyes at Foreman is one of the most realistic reactions. Even House finds it remarkable. Foreman makes another indifferent statement and House remarks " did anyone ever tell you you're a buzz kill? " Chase, Thirteen and Taub say " yes "in unison!
The side plot with House pushing Wilson to select his own furniture for once was a fun plot .
Enjoyable episode.
