- Much of the movie involves material related to sex. It all involves females.
- In one scene a police officer administering a breathalyzer test says "blow;" not understanding what he means Shelley gets on her knees implying that she is going to give him oral sex. No oral sex is given.
- In another scene Shelley emerges from the shower wearing only a towel around her waist, claiming she likes to "air dry." The sides of her breasts are shown. She removes her towel, completely naked and her buttocks are visible. She also walks to the top of the stairs as another girl walks up them and stops, her buttocks are shown. In this shot we see only the other girl's head covering up Shelly's vagina. The girl then goes around her and then Shelly turns around and her buttocks are shown. Emma Stone is looking at Anna Faris's buttocks.
- The girls take pictures for a sexy calender. Some of their costumes reveal a lot of skin and cleavage. In one photo, a girl is nude but most nudity is covered by a metal body brace, part of her buttocks are seen. Another is nude from the waist down with a bush covering her crotch (an allusion to pubic hair).
- Shelley refers to "sisterly" activities in the Playboy Mansion, such as "painting each others bodies" and "baking penis cookies."
