I was very disappointed to see yet another negative stereotype portrayal of Africans played by Black Americans...yes I said Black Americans. Seriously, it's all well and good shouting racism at white people but when you're guilty of doing the same nonsense, it becomes a pot kettle black situation.
As a Zulu born in Zambia, it disgusts me and my African friends and family when black Americans portray Africans in such a negative light and seem to think Africans all speak with a click. Seriously does it take that much effort to research the character's background? My friends and I have heard a lot of derogatory terms made by black Americans towards black Africans as if they are somehow superior. The main reason why most of us refuse to call you lot African Americans, you have no respect for the continent or its people. I suggest if you're not going to do your homework leave us Africans out of your TV shows and movies. Seriously!!
