Binge watching for the 3rd time, this series became insufferable after Rooster died. 1. Betrayal of trust, 2. Forgiveness, 3. Acceptance and moving on, or in the case of anything with Abby, no forgiveness, 4. Starting a task only to have one character abandon the project for an unpopular side adventure, 5. Both characters go on the Nobel quest. Rince and repeat several times per episode. And the constant sarcasm and wisecracks instead of a legitimate storyline arc, sheesh. This was a great show, even after Masterson's departure, but it suffered from trying to do too much in too short of a time. The cast was fantastic, the writers just didn't make the best of their acting abilities.
