It isn't necessarily an ideal show or web series, but within my personal experience with The Hood I have had laughs been engaged with the story and overall have loved the series! Definitely recommend watching!

Best web series I have found super hilarious clever writing and lots of action at every turn! The protagonist Jace Archer is a perfect representation of a classic vigilante from old comics and was a very well executed plan. The show is hard to not like it has a perfect balance between the humor and reality not to mention the monstrous villains brought into the picture.

I am a fairly seasoned reviewer of all types of content here in IMDB. The Hood at first did not pose as a promising show (I must admit). The start of the series was a little forced and confusing. As the series progressed you can recognize the heart and soul that goes into making it, there is a set of characters (with own backstories) and general character development. The latest addition (at the time I'm writing this review) is the antagonist Circuit, Circuit is essentially a unknown person from the future sent to make changes to the timeline as he see's fit. Circuit has a personal connection to the lead protagonist, Jace Archer/ The Hood. I think at the initial starting point of The Hood that the producers were new in the web series field and did not have a general idea of what they were aiming for. Now, they are fully experienced and possibly ready for workspace in Hollywood. I am looking forward to future projects by the creators and their team.

It's funny for sure, text on the screen in 2021? I respect it. Machinma isn't dead when there's people like Team Hood making content like this and keeping it alive
