After so many films and series about Leonardo da Vinci, this first episode represents a noble promise. It is a question of balance, reasonable one, of precious equilibrum between details, good acting and atmosphere. You feel the story, and this can represent just a precious virtue. Short, nice promise, against few obvious cliches.
