This Episode begins with Amelia and Owen, they are having sex in the morning. It is Alex his first day as interim Chief of Surgery at the Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital. Jackson is on a leave of absence, but Maggie knows nothing about it at all. Alex sends Richard away from the OR. Owen and Maggie perform Arthur his surgery. Richard gave alcohol to Buckley. Buckley has got the auto brewery syndrome. Alex fired Roy, after his second mistake at the hospital. Alex lost a quarter of the hospital budget on his first day as interim Chief of Surgery. Nice Episode of Grey's Anatomy Season 15, great Episode. With Alex as the new Chief there is a lot going on at the Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital!

No hospital or organization would put someone like Karen in charge without letting him know what his responsibilities are. He butchers the budget and does not bother to schedule and make the appropriate assignments. If Bailey hired him and intentionally did not prepare him well, it goes on her, particularly knowing what a hair-trigger personality Karen has

... at which I lost interest in GA. The loss of Kepner, Edwards, and Robbins was too much on top of Torres and Derek. The show is now about Jackson, Amy and Maggie. Yawn. And DeLuca is just annoying. It had 14 good years though and that's something to be proud of!

Wow, that Cece-Story is just incredibly boring. And my dislike for Maggie grows with every episode. No idea why anyone should like her. When she asked, is something wrong with me, I wanted to say: everything, honey, everything...
I know that Maggie and Jackson won't make it and I am so so glad. He deserves so much better than her. She's annoying. Always blabbing, can never keep a secret, never listening, does not understand spirituality. He's so much better with April Kepner.
At least Alex had the guts to fire this stupid and arrogant Roy-guy, made me wanna puke everytime I saw him.
I also don't like Jo. Like Maggie she's always, really always talking! Blablabla, me, blabla, me again, bla, Alex and me, blabla, ...

Bailey hired Karev without basic knowledges about chief routine , 'cause she intentionally wants to return at charge, how bad this sounds for you? I mean, greys is a fictional hospital but sometimes the showrunners to exaggerated in showing this.
