All family sitcoms that go on a while get to the point where they face empty nest syndrome - the kids have all grown up and yet the dynamic of the show requires the adults to butt heads with someone from the younger generation. This normally sees the adults either adopt or start to take in random waifs and strays, and that seems to be the direction 'Last Man Standing' is going in with the character of Jen. On this whole though this is actually a good episode, with some nice laughs along the way, but it'll be interesting to see what this new character actually brings.

This episode was a little better with little Krista Marie Yu as Jen as she brightened up the show. They should bring her back. My last comment said Ed was leaving, but he was in this episode. Is he going or what? Still DO NOT like the new Mandy.
