Chapter 5

Warning: Spoilers
Danny DeVito's character playing Tetris, and the "Yes!" he shouted during it was going to be difficult to top, but there were still a lot of laugh out loud moments in this episode.

I hope they don't go crazy with the celebrity appearances on this show, but Gould here was great.

Probably the best episode so far

Greetings from Lithuania.

Episode 5 of the first season "The Kominsky Method" was probably my favorite so far. I'm mean in general i enjoying this show so far, and while its not amazing or even super great, i does put a smile on my face after each episode. And this particular episode delivered just that - smart writing, great acting and some solid storytelling. I also enjoyed and was surprised for Norman - it turns out he is not just an old agent - that was a very cool surprise.

Overall, i enjoying this easy and good show so far, will keep watching it for sure.

Good News and Less Good News

Sandy finally gets the call form the urologist, played by Danny DeVito. He hears what all old folks with a prostrate condition hear. You have cancer cells, but before they affect you in some way, you will die from something else. Both Sandy and Norman continue their lives, but everything is affected by society's view of them. At one point, Sandy sits on a park bench near a playground and the mother's pull their children away and go to talk to a cop. The results are quite precious. Meanwhile, Norman goes back to work, where the whole place is running without him. His presence makes everyone nervous and he realizes that things he holds dear aren't embraced anymore.

Good episode with a few funny moments. Mindy's one woman monologue was kind of hilarious.
