This has only happened once or twice before where I'm the first one to show up to offer a review. Extra surprising since this Netflix special aired five years ago (as I write this) and Brad Paisley has quite a following. Quite honestly, I tuned in mainly because I recently saw Paisley in concert and it was an outstanding show. This one, not so much, with the country music star doing some comic bits and introducing a handful of non-country comedians, if there is such a thing. Paisley did a minor cell phone bit with a member of the audience that he expanded on in the live show I attended, which leads me to believe it's a standard part of his concert routine. In person it was hilarious, and he rewarded his 'victim' with an autographed guitar for her young son with instructions to provide him lessons. The only comic I was familiar with on this show was Nate Bargatze from another Netflix special, and he wasn't particularly funny here. All the others were just average as well, which might be because of the short amount of time they each had to go on stage. The show is only an hour, so you won't tax yourself watching, but it would probably help if you were a Brad Paisley fan going in.
