The Making of 'Midnight Run' (1987)

When viewing this old making of specials it's only fair to judge them on if they get their job done or not. The job of these television specials were to make people interesting in going to see the movie and I'd say that this one here really works well. Robert DeNiro, Charles Grodin, John Ashton, Dennis Farina and the director are interviewed as they talk about their characters and what it was like working on the picture. At just eight minutes this does a pretty good job at showing off the action in the picture as well as the comedy. Thankfully the narration is rather limited as we get some fun interviews with the cast and crew on the actual set. Watching these interviews so many years after the movie are a lot of fun.
