Its special beauty can be the main motif to see it again and again. A simple charming story about love and loss and the other as part of yourself. Nothing complicated but useful, in profound sense.

A beautiful little film

Well - just happened on this lovely little piece! Only 6 minutes - but 6 minutes spent delving into the power of memory, loss & grief. Emotional and powerful. Set to Max Richter's superb music: "The Nature of Daylight". Beautifully and evocatively filmed, this is a "heart-string" puller.
Shorts like these show what can be done with a small budget by skilful and imaginative film-makers. They have tapped into what we know about the human condition and played it back to us in a way that is easy to understand. Whoever you are out there who financed this film and brought it into reality - thank you.
Having just written an historical fiction novel about a similar topic - I identify strongly with the story writers! Tobydale.
