come on, who'd throw away Taylor...?

...then again, there are plenty of guys out there who would use and discard. Even somebody like Taylor, unthinkable as it may appear.

Taylor wakes up in the dirt left behind at some outdoor concert. She stumbles about trying to find herself, but she realizes that she has done herself in yet again, got taken for a ride by a guy she mistook for 'an angel' but who was just another rogue devil. She has recollections about the events of the day before, leading up to the concert, and it's clear that this guy was living a fast life and just using her as entertainment. She had seen so much more in him, but she was mistaken, and realizes now that she has only herself to blame. Which, sadly, is true, she should have known better.

The song might not be her best. Far from it. That cannot be argued away. But here it is definitely the whole package, the song + the music video, the forlorn ambiance of the whole thing. You have to understand what this girl is singing about. Abandonment is one thing, losing out on what she thought was love, but this is about realizing her own flaws, that she brought in on herself, and most probably would do so again.

It's a whole lot better than your first impressions might be, but yeah, not instantly pleasing, and I have to concede that this video (and song) is, like MEAN, only for Swifties, her detractors would have a field day parodying this, I shudder to think.

But to anybody deriding it, you've failed to have the insight to comprehend the quality offering that this really is. It's emotion-filled art, a plaintive wail, and fortunately, there are enough of us Swifties in the world to have guaranteed its success. Yay!

Me, personally, would just like to add, a guy would have to be VERY stupid to ditch a hot bird like Taylor...!

Target sale happening now! Theyre selling the store doors, even the bathroom stall doors. I knew it would happen eventually. I over herd the meeting. He said "if were going to do it lets do it right" (guy in a white shirt smoking a stick of butter). The women walking around the room (main lecturer) tripped and pulled a sitting man down to the floor by his mouth. They both rose with a hand on each others shoulder (simultaneously) saying 'this happen for a reason, everything happends without happenstance.'

Warning: Spoilers
And I am not talking about the quality band that came up with a great Bond song. I am talking about the Taylor Swift work. 4 out of 10 is still generous, because this 2013 music video and (especially) song is recording artist Swift at her most forgettable. Generic pop music with no memorability or redeeming values and, as so many other times with Swift, it's about a past relationship once again. The sad thing is Swift is far more talented than what she shows here and in many other of her music videos and songs, such as "Bad Blood". The tune to "I Knew You Were Trouble" isn't even catchy. She certainly steps things up here and there again, for example for "Everything Has Changed", but these days it's a rare occasion to see her shine. Quite a pity. I do not recommend her song here. Very much forgettable from start to finish, even if Swift looks pretty hot.
