I loved this episode

I do no agree with the previous reviewer.

I found the flashbacks interesting, the crime of the week was gripping enough and provided the perfect vehicle for the relational aspects of the episode

This story was emotionally affecting and ultimately uplifting , the relationships between Henry and Abe, alway given such special attention in the show were played with pitch perfection and revelations about Adam actually made him a much more rounded and even dare I say, more human.

Without spoiling this , Judd Hirsch was truly wonderful in this and supporting cast also created a good foil for Ioan Gruffudd and Burn Gorman as nemesis stood toe to toe for the first time !

Cannot recommend it more highly!

1. I have no interest in trying to dissect or analyze this episode. It is simply a wonderful episode and then another great example of why this TV series was so great. The writing is the best ever. I especially like Dr Morgan's narrations. 2. Those words are almost perfection!

This episode also illustrates why the executives who canceled this TV series are buffoons.

I never saw something this stupid. In a very watchable show this was just plain awful. Radiation doesn't work like that and there was no detective work involved. Combine this with very bad directing, looks of surprise every 30 seconds on things that wouldn't surprise a goldfish, stereotypes long dead and pseudo drama and you have an episode that might break an otherwise fine series. It seems that all things of interest happing to the immortal guy happened between 1940 and 1960.

This one might have been the jumping of the shark. Sad. Lets hope this writer and this director never work again until they learn some skills.

Another line to meet the criteria. And another.

And keeping your diamonds on your mantlepiece..........

Very very weak.
