The show opens with Jesse James and Billy Gunn cutting a promo on the Road Warriors. The first match is El Aguila vs Taka Michinoku in a semi-final match in the Junior Heavyweight Championship tournament. Luna Vachon and Goldust are Jerry Lawler's guest in the King's Court. Next is a four way match with D-Lo Brown versus Miguel Perez versus Recon versus Chainz. Degeneration X cuts a promo on Ken Shamrock. Rocky Maivia faces Vader. Next is a "special look" at Ken Shamrock. Scott Taylor is supposed to take on Brian Christopher in a Junior Heavyweight Championship tournament semi-final match, but Kane comes out and destroys the future Scotty 2 Hotty. Jeff Jarrett is supposed to take on Ahmed Johnson, but Jarrett refuses to wrestle, so that makes two matches in a row that don't happen. Jesse Jesse and Billy Gunn take on the Headbangers. Jim Cornette interviews Marc Mero and Sable. The main event (such as it is) is Hunter Hearst Helmsley versus Jim Neidhart. A mediocre episode.
