Simple, effective, leaves you wanting more

Something as simple as an idea of repentance over the phone, leaves you with a feeling of something more sinister at play.

Had the pleasure of watching this at a private screening, and for being a short, i wanted to see more. The inspirations of classic horror films like the exorcist were definitely showcased here.

The actors were top notch, direction was effective in is style and what it wanted to display, and the cliffhanger-ish ending, was something i wanted to see expanded.

Mad respect and props for Mr. Nilsson and his crew for creating something entertaining. Hope to see more from him.

Excellent cast and crew - SAG film was made with mostly donated talents

The film, THE THIRD MONTH TERMINATION, from its inception was created as a tool for friends to work together and see what we could do as a collective. The film business is very difficult to crack - and those of us with talent need to express our talents and make a living also -so, we came up with this idea to support each other to showcase our different talents. This was written as a homage to Hitchcock primarily but with nuanced respect for Robert Altman, Spike Lee, William Friedkin, and others - and you can spot subtle respectful 'tip of the hats' to these directors via editing, casting choices, names of characters, and in the story itself.

The story follows a femme fatale who has many secrets. As the short film unfolds the viewer realizes things may not be what they seem.

I wrote this in one sitting as a short film always with my great friend, actress and photographer Jessica Siemens in mind. Tylon Washington was always cast as the priest - and other friends jumped at the chance to work with our group.

This is what a group of about 10 people did with passion and almost no real budget - so imagine what we could do if we had $100,000 or $1,000,000 dollars or more to create with? Thanks to everyone involved - I love you all.
