- Towards the end of the film, Jim stands up to his bully, Todd Moehner, by threatening to kill Grendel, the Moehners' dog. This is rather dark for Jim, and Jenny asks him if he would actually go through with the threat. Fortunately, he clarifies that he would do it if there was a fight to the death, though he confirms it wouldn't happen with a dog. The intensity comes from the war-themed background music that plays while Jim confronts the bully.
