I didn't find this episode as funny as others. I think because there weren't as many scenes with the family and it was more all about Christie. But while there weren't as many laughs I still enjoyed the message behind the episode.
Christie is having a bad day, as everyone does, and it is so easy to forget how our mood effects other people. It takes a lot of guts to say sorry to someone, especially someone that you don't know.
When Christie gives her apology to the shop person she is doing something not many people would (speaking from experience as a customer service worked) and I applaud the character for that. Good example to her children ( although maybe would have been good if they were there to witness her good actions)
