"Possession with Intent" dove a little bit deeper and darker into this story and I think that is exactly what Criminal Record has needed. Outside of the shooting at the park, this show feels like it has been trying to convince viewers that it is dark and grisly, but has never really been such.
Seeing the car showdown and attempt to trade agreements and cover up crimes with Hegarty and Lenker was a good moment, ripped out of an 80's cop movie or something, but a lot of this episode did seem to drag and drag, much like the majority of the show's run the first four weeks it has aired on Apple TV+.
