"Creating an X5" is a 7-minute documentary and according to IMDb, it is from the year 2007. I doubt this this is correct though. In the end of the film it said 2003 in very small letters I think and this seems more accurate as 2007 would have been way way past the cancellation of the television show "Dark Angel" that this little documentary is about. I was a huge fan of the series back then and I would still consider it an all-time favorite. It made Jessica Alba a huge star (and a Golden Globe nominee) and seriously, you cannot look hotter around the age of 20 than she does in this series. But lets take a look about these seven minutes here: It's basically everything you could ask for from a behind-the-scenes documentary. It has interviews with the core actors and also with the people behind the camera, such as James Cameron. It tells big fans of the show still something new occasionally, not about the characters really, but about the production and physical training Alba took for the role. It was a good decision to watch this one again as it reminded me of how much I loved the show back then and still do today. A must-see for fans of "Dark Angel".
