It bears a moral plainly enough
deickemeyer28 August 2015
One of the comedies which is lively enough to keep one interested and funny enough to keep one laughing. But it bears a moral plainly enough, to let professional wrestlers alone, no matter what valuable instructions can be obtained from a book. The series of adventures along the way, which are mere training incidents, are amusing, but when the actual test comes it is funnier than all the rest. And when the wrestler picks Willie up, and after handling him like a rubber ball, deposits him flat on his back on the mat, the finale is worthy what has preceded it. No wonder, after all his misadventures, that Willie firmly resolves not to attempt any more easy money with wrestlers again. He is wise in knowing when he has had enough. - The Moving Picture World, October 1, 1910
