Most superficial explained episode

At most what episode explains is origin and history of craze.
It doesn't help in any way to understand why.
There are couple of sentences at the end that tries to give advice, or have opinion but that's about 15 seconds.
Kudos to netflix for having whole 2 minutes in 21 minute episode to other countries that is not US.
I am not sure what did they want people to get from this episode.
