- Down in the basement, Kyle runs for the elevator after seeing a creature, but he is killed by the creature offscreen when the elevator doors fail to close.
- A woman hears something in the bathroom, as she gets closer a creature impales her with its tail and pulls her into the bathroom and kills her offscreen.
- A man proposes to his girlfriend in the corridor. Moments later, a creature grabs the woman and pulls her up in the ceiling and kills her with her blood splattering all over the man.
- A man enters a hotel room and sees a creature eating something unseen, the creature then attacks and kills the man offscreen.
- The ending shows giant tremors rising out of other buildings in the city and the devastation it caused as other buildings are destroyed.
