Touching and Heartbreaking

Watched this going into it thinking "Just here to support and say it's good afterwards." Thought maybe I'd get a good chuckle here and there.

No way. I am blown away! Carry On is a masterclass for filmmakers everywhere. They really told an outstanding story that had you hooked from the first moment. We felt every high and every low with the characters so deeply and thats the hardest part in any writing. I am genuinely SHOCKED at what a fantastic movie this is. Biggest congratulations to cast and crew.

The biggest diamond of all in this little BIG Carry On is the outrageously talented Taylore Nicholl, blossoming through the cracks and erupting. Her performance in the role of Marlow is just outstanding. Outstanding. Everything about her far outshines her costars just naturally onscreen. Everything and everyone else fades away to silence when she's there. Taylore is the only thing you can see. She will go on to do bigger and amazing things in her career and I feel privileged to have seen her now before. Now is the time to see her before you can't say "you knew her when." Not to mention this kid did everything on this movie from what I gathered as her very first time. I'm telling you. One hell of a talent and creator in that one. Don't miss out.

Carry On is the best film I've seen this year. You will not regret watching that is a guarantee. Bring tissues. I hope you know how loved you are.

An Indie Film With a Blockbuster Heart

I've judged hundreds of short/student/feature film festivals in my day, and nothing has ever pulled me in like this one did.

The parts that are lacking (cinematography. Who the hell moves the camera like that in the middle of a scene?! Some shots, redundant. Audio breaking) are made up for with poignant script, dialogue, chemistry, music, and the choices of the actors. Amazing movie with an even greater message I hope reaches hundreds of people.

Warning: Spoilers
Carry On does a good job handling really hard things. I felt sick to my stomach at the end. Did NOT SEE THAT COMING. Oh and my favorite line is "If it hurts than let yourself feel it."Hope this blows up! Watch it! WATCH IT NOW!!
