Continuing our trip through the Volunteer State, Arron lives up to the Tennessee's nickname by sitting in the Nashville hot seat with us this week. You know the guy from co-hosting The Nateland Podcast, with that other guy from NashVegas, Nate Bargatze. We cover such hard hitting topics as, how did Nashville become the bachalorette party capital of the world, who really is the youngest comic to perform at the Grand Ole Opry, who has had to sign a contract before eating hot hot wings, and of course what the best thing he ate this week.

A festival of laughs with Daniel as we talked about surviving during covid, "daddy's", and his super funny brand new special "Hoe's Parade" out by our friends at Comedy Dynamics which was taped in July 2020 at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena to an audience of packed parked cars, and dogs. Daniel is a very talented musician, spending many years in Austin rocking out, he brings those talents to the special for some hysterical surprises.

On the cusp of releasing his ambitious comedy mix tape ELUSIVE on June 11th and a Comedy Central special #(Hashtag) on June 18th, we got Josh in the nick of time. The hang included talk about pizza, the production process of ELUSIVE and the amazing people he worked with on it, the ironic things thieves steal when your burglarized and a slew of other very important things. Highly recommend you check out the new hour special, and especially the mix tape ELUSIVE, where he explores redefining the relationship between comedy and music.

You know what happens when 3 Jersey Boys get together. They talk about Action Park, 80's skate board videos, Taylor ham, pizza and Weird NJ. Chris gives us the scoop on putting together his new special Half My Life, out now from Comedy Dynamics. Having quite the list of credits ranging from hosting his own show The Chris Gethard Show, a memorable 3 episode run on The Office, time on Inside Amy Schumer and an HBO special this is one of our most action packed shows. There will be a quiz.

One of our deeper episodes we chat with Mike about his recent Autism diagnosis and how it has impacted his comedy and writing career as well as his awesome wrestling podcast Wrestleroasts and of course, food. Mike has written on Crashing, Inside Amy Schumer and a million other things.

The pickle and raisins controversy continues. We agree to disagree on pickles, but are in full agreement on raisins and how they have no place in a civilized society. We reminisce about some of Chris' worst introductions ever and the revelation Jon wasn't aware Rowdy Roddy Piper had a stint as a stand-up comedian before his death. This one is action packed, and a ton of fun. Get your everlasting gobstoppers and buckle in.

We basically just talked about food. When not trading best spots for hot dogs, tacos and steak sandwiches, we got in some chatter about comedy. Frank won a legendary Roast Battle championship against friend of the show, Matthew Broussard so we dove a bit into that, and the LA comedy scene. Got some secrets of the recent Comedy Store docuseries, and a whole bunch of other 420 friendly info. Enjoy it.

We like to start at a 4, and dial it back from there and Brian lounges with us to keep it at a steady 6. Brian gives us the scoop on how he got hooked up with Nate and the risks he took starting comedy in his late 30's and going full time in his 40's. The risk has obviously paid off being part of one of the hottest podcasts now, Nateland with Nate Bargatze and Aaron Weber. We also talk about the comedy scene happening in Nashville now with guys like Josh Wolf and Steve Bryne moving to town and how its battling Austin for the most LA comedy implants. Of course food was a hot (chicken) topic. Enjoy it.

First rule of fight club? Don't talk about fight club. We broke the rules with Adam. Host of the podcast MMA Roasted we talk about the risky business of roasting some of MMA's best and most notorious fighters, and the few who didn't have a thick enough skin for the verbal shenanigans. A prolific comedy writer, and regular on the LA stand up scene we sparred a bit on our feelings of actors making their way to stand up and the perceived easier road in and how working comics may or may not feel about it.

Appetite for destruction? What happens in the back of one of Burbank, CA's most notorious haunts, stays in the back. Unless of course you record it and release it as a podcast. You definitely need a seat belt and a healthy appetite for this one as comedian Randy Valerio, and Philadelphia's Helium Comedy Club manager Rachel Park join us for lunch, which quickly spiraled into the countries best steak sandwich, many mid-morning cocktails, and a hardy desert tray to cap off the shenanigans. It was amazing we weren't asked to leave and not come back. This one was a ton of fun, and we thank the team at The Smoke House for their amazing food, hospitality and most of all their tolerance.

This week Jason Collings joins us for the airing of grievances shared about the stupid people in airports and the fun and frustrations we have kicking their luggage. We also circle back on how he got his start at 35 year old doing comedy, and the ballsy nature of how he landed his first spot. Warning to aspiring comedians, don't try this at home. We wrapped it up talking about his very close friend Chris D'elia and how we all can't wait until he gets back on stage. Jason hosts the hysterical podcast The Lions Den with Brent Morin and has his own YouTube show Mr. Jason Collings.

The man, the myth, the legend sits down with us as he exits an Uber and finds a quiet location in an undisclosed Hollywood Hotel lobby. Jimmy truly is one of the godfathers of stand up having lived in the legendary Comedy Store apartment allegedly with "roommates" Andrew Dice Clay, Marc Maron and Sam Kinison. We talk about his time with Sam, the glory years of the Comedy Store and then end it all with quite an exciting surprise chat.

There wasn't a dance off, but we still got to swing. Fahim joins and it couldn't be more timely with the recent US withdrawal from Afghanistan, and Fahim literally walking out of the writers room on United States of Al to talk with us. We discussed writing on the show, the transition from being an aerospace engineer at Boeing to stand-up comic, and of course the parents who may finally be coming around to his career choices wrapping it all up in a bow with a mouthwatering rib eye prep talk.

T Shirt aficionado and host of the long running Ding Dong Show and fixture at The Comedy Store, Don Barris takes direct aim at Jon B for a laundry list of issues. Starting with being late, an in and out WiFi signal, and calling in from a 1997 Nokia flip phone. It was an epic time spent busting Jon at every turn, talking about music, answering very tough "what if" questions and ultimately ending with Don self proclaiming himself the best guest of all time, which we can't argue with.

Greg Fitzsimmons Fitzdog hangs with us to kick back some nonalcoholic Manischewitz to ring in the Jewish New Year and talk some shop. We have a spirited debate over which media giant helped launch more careers. Fitz picked Ed Sullivan with The Beatles, and Alprin backed Howard Stern with Beetlejuice, Jeff the Drunk and A*s Napkin Ed. You can decide for yourself. We had a lot of fun with the host of Fitzdog Radio and Sunday Papers so if you are not listening to those, do this comedy newbie a favor and check them out. This one is for Norm.

The Teeb joins us to talk everything. Host of Punch Drunk Sports with Ari Shaffir and Sam Tripoli we covered a lot of sports ground including our mutual hatred of Notre Dame sports. Not to give away the real nugget of this one, but we had to cover the "bag of bets" and the absolute worst thing to come out of the bag, no pun intended. I still feel bad for Josh Martin who was on the suckers end of the bag. Quite literally. Teebs is the bees knees. Enjoy it.

He's country-ish, and we are city-ish but it didn't stop us from talking good North Carolina BBQ. We jumped into the good old days of Last Comic Standing, and thoughts on his good friend amd fellow LCS winner, Josh Blue kickin' a*s on this season of America's Got Talent. To wrap it up we had to talk about the "dancing" incident and get to the bottom of whats fact and fiction. If you don't know what we are referring to it has to do with the Carolina Panters, a mascot, and a handful of the men in blue. You will have to listen to get the full scoop. A good time was had by all and against popular belief, a country boy can survive an hour with us.

NYC Comedian and Cape Cod native Mae Planert joins the show to talk about her summer, shed some light on the Kevin Hart rumors and talk a little shop. She is the host of the podcasts Risqué Business News and We Were Had, both awesome shows you should check out. After listening to this though.

You may know Jeff from his stint on MAD TV or his unreal impressions or his hysterical stand-up comedy, but most likely his character Drunk Girl from SNL. Host of The Jeff Richards Show, we talk about how the heck they do the deep fakes available on his YouTube channel, being one of only 2 people to ever appear on both Mad TV and SNL and listen as Jeff breaks into more characters than we could count.

Pho real, NY Times Best Smelling Author, Sam Tallent pops in from balmy Rochester, MN on a tour stop to join the boys to shoot the breeze about his killer new special Waiting for Death to Claim Us. Sam is one of the most unique voices in stand-up comedy who is on a tear recently riding the wave of his book Running the Light which has gotten props from Doug Stanhope on Joe Rogan Experience and Marc Maron on WTF. It's an amazing fictional book about life on the road as a comic you have to check out. Currently on the road opening for Stanhope, and Tim Dillion you need to catch up with box man. You won't be disappointed.

NYC based comedian and actor sits in with us live in the Stand UP NY Pod studio to get answers to questions. Under the hot lights he comes out strong interrogating Greg about how many episodes it took to figure out The Mangina Dialogues (previous pod name) was one of the worst names of the almost 3 million. You will have to listen for the answer. We talked about the toll the pandemic took on live comedy and small business, and what his wife Kambri Crews was doing to help live venues and performing artists. Christian just dropped a new special taped at QED Astoria titled Show Your Work out by our friends at Comedy Dynamics. It's a great hour of comedy in a docu style format.

Our friend joins us to sling some jokes at us, about us, offer some life advice, and recap what the heck has been going on the last year since we caught up on tape. You of course know Anthony from his storied White House Career and his 3 year media tour after it. After exhausting all other outlets again, he hit the middle once again with us. It's always a fun conversation with Anthony and if his day job doesn't work out again, he has the chops to hit the stage. I see a roast battle in his future.

Returning to the captain's chair, BVW hangs with us to talk about directing and producing The Center Seat: 55 Years of Star Trek series out now on the History Channel and the challenges it brought being one of the world's biggest Trekkies, and what the franchise means to him. It's been a busy 18 months for Brian keeping up with his hot Netflix series including The Movies That Made Us, The Toy's That Made Us, and. Joining us this week is Comedian, Author, Podcast Host, Record Producer and Actress Von Decarlo. Taped live on tape at the Stand UP NY Lab we talked about how Von spent the last year or so, uncovered some potential skeletons from Greg's solo "vacation" closet, and another great chat about food. It's a must listen as we had to talk about the amazing and official documentary Killing is Easy she produced with All Things Comedy about the legacy of Patrice O'Neal. If you haven't watched it, please do. Von has an album out A Draggable Offense and you can see her performing regularly at clubs around NYC and headlining a club near you in 2022 and beyond.

Its fun to catch up with other club bookers to shoot the breeze about the business. This week we catch up with the owner of one of the hottest clubs in the country, SoulJoel's in a quiet suburb outside of Philadelphia, PA. Joel has been producing shows for over a decade bringing the biggest acts in the country to his neck of the woods. We chatted about how the last 2 years impacted the business, and the challenges to keeping comedy thriving. It's a fun chat, getting inside the biz to see how the sausage is made. Enjoy it.

Puck Off. If you are not familiar, that's the podcast this week's guest Joe Bartnick hosts with radio legend Frazer Smith. Besides talking all things hockey with their comedy friends, Joe is a career comedian having toured relentless with Lisa Lampinelli and now hitting the most iconic venues in the country with some guy named Bill (Burr). Joe isn't afraid to talk about anything, and this one is chock full of hysterics. Just when you thought it was safe to order one drink, Mr. Bartnick makes you order 4. Party on Joe. Let's do this!.

Americas Favorite comedian sits down with nus to talk about all things comedy, the differences in being a traditional path comedian compared to an internet/social media comedian, and what it was like coming up in Boston. Had to talk some New England sports rivalries, and of course food. Tom is one heck of a comedian, and all around super guy.

Get a load of the New and Improved Somewhat Damaged. We love it when a plan comes together. A good thing gets even better as Houston native, Chase Du(Mthfkn)Rousseau joins Damaged as what hopefully turns out to be a permanent fixture. Already hosting our weekly live shows at Stand UP NY, it was natural to make Chase part of the pod. We had a ton of fun talking mostly about food, learned some interesting things about licorice, and tried to dispel some rumors about Greg's Topps baseball card. You be the judge (it's on Instagram). Enjoy it.

No better way than to rise from the ashes of The Mangina Dialogues, than to debut Somewhat Damaged with the original Undercover Brother, Eddie Griffin. It's the perfect storm. On the heels of his brand new Docu-Comedy special, Laughin' Through Your Mask, taped in Dallas, TX the day after the violent attack on the US Capitol, we chat about the timely nature of it, his take on the current state of EVERYTHING, and what is actually in his champagne glass.

We're having a good time with one hilarious comedian. We didn't even get a chance to roll the theme music before the antics started. Keeping it positive always, Dusty divulges some secrets of playing the historic Grand Ole Opry Andre try to solve if a steak should best be eaten medium rare, or medium well. Lots of talk about food and cigars in this one. Smoke 'em if you got em.

After hitting up all the top comedy pod's, Chelcie Lynn, aka Trailer Trash Tammy, finally hits the long awaited middle with us. We got some great insights into how she preps for her stand-up shows, what it's like waiting for the inevitable bomb, how she developed Trailer Trash Tammy, created one of the funniest youtube channels out there, and of course, Luke Bryan's mom. Ride shotgun on this one. I could eat some chicken.
