It is a nice episode with an interesting idea on how without knowing many of the things that happened Erica completely blames her mother for the marital problems of her parents
What I found a bit annoying though is how she completely turned this blame on her dad now. He may have been the cheater, but her mom is not a better person because she was a loser who pretended to like things she didn't and then tried to change her husband into a "better man". People who get into a relationship with someone hoping that he will change so that he fits them are idiots who make a mistake in a relationship.
Of course everyone makes mistakes. This is the great message of the episode told us both by Dr. Tom and Erica's young dad.
And we had some nice scenes showing people in this family going towards each other in small steps trying to forgive each other
