A Lot of Effort
Hitchcoc27 December 2021
From the beginning, I'm wondering why so much effort has been made to find those two boys (other than by the mother). They have found themselves in a coven of terrorists. Baptiste has an epiphany in this episode; We also have another of those narrative hook endings. It will be interesting to see how everything plays out.

It's a good continuation.

Emma is determined to track down Will, it's her only focus, even her own pain she seems unaware of.

Not quite as good as the previous episode, that really was the game changer, however this was still good, and did deliver a pretty big cliffhanger.

Who on Earth is Gomorrah, are we made to believe that it is Kamilla Agoston or Michael, or is it someone else altogether.

I am keen to learn exactly what's going on with Will, it has left me intrigued for more. Naturally the acting is awesome once again, 7/10.

Episode 2.4

The finale of episode 3 revealed that Emma's children had been sucked into right wing terrorism.

They were behind the massacre at Jósefváros and it was the event that left Emma paralysed as well as one of her children dead.

It really is a case as to how much right wing politician Kamilla Agoston and her British husband Michael are behind it all.

Like a lot of politicians who make infalmorty remarks they try to weasel out of it in public.

Baptiste discovers that Michael has businesses that profits from buying up properties cheaply in run down areas that had an explosion of violence.

The twist at the end was less of a surprise given the events of the previous episode. I would of course like to know more how these people became implicated with the likes of Kamilla Agoston. Who care just as much about money than racial purity.

Over the top rubbish

The key to most series is the writing. This script is juvenile. The time line swaps are beyond annoying- note that when Baptiste's beard is full grown it's now, and when it's trim it's then- the dialog is puerile or faux deep. The acting is almost as bad. So much Sturm und drang in the faces, especially Hill's.

Are they ever going to explain why the kid is mute and clicks? Late stage Autism? Baptiste was so much better in "Missing." Here he's,,,,missing.
