Whaaaaaaat! This is amazing! This episode and the one on the Wim Hoff method really piqued my interest about what is possible for me and humans in general.

Wow this is a revolution in the human operating system. We are so much more than we think we are and here we can visually see it. Our bodies have the capacity to self-organize in ways we are only beginning to understand. Thank you for bringing this to Goop and helping expose more people to the knowing that there is so much more possible for us as human beings.

This work transformed my social health and wellbeing and ended my episodes with headaches. Would have been diagnosed with asperger's when I was younger due to the fight or flight my body was locked in, didn't catch social cues, didn't make eye contact with others and was very passive aggressive and locked into my head trying to defend and protect myself always when it was not needed. It was so powerful that I became a practitioner myself. John does an amazing job of exploring this discipline and is very knowledgeable.

This is life changing work!

This stuff will help you! It may look out of the ordinary, but when deep healing is on the other side of the sessions, does the one getting healed really care what it looks like?
