This was one of the better written episodes, with several more twists and turns than usually show up in the Frankie Drake Mysteries. The enjoyment of the show, for me anyway, tends to be more the camaraderie between the women, and their dialogue than the actual mysteries themselves. This episode had both.
The stealing of an antique and valuable violin becomes just the first of a series of actions that kept this viewer both interested and amused--particularly the Mary Shaw storyline and Nora Drake storyline.
As usual, the ending was pleasantly sweet resolution.
