It was all about the team!

Warning: Spoilers
I liked so much this episode because it showed more about the relationships between the team members. Like... seriously, I got so exited for Gibbs and Slone. OMG! I can't wait. About the fight, Torres vs Ziva, I'm almost sure that Ziva told Torres something about Bishop, you can clearly see that he likes her. Ziva sees herself in Bishop and Torres... well, he's smoking hot (DiNozzo's best replacement by the way). I'm watching Bull on the side because I liked him so much but NCIS is still the best.

Going Mobile

Warning: Spoilers
Three episodes in and we're already back to the same old boring NCIS. They had something with Ziva that they fumbled and now we're back to the boring old cases.

Can't imagine many long-time fans liked this episode. It wasn't horrible, it was just uneventful.

The Technical advisor messed up.

I have enjoyed this series since it's beginnings. That being said, this latest episode was disappointing bus to a glaring error. The truck driver had been to multiple locations and hauled numerous different loads. The most recent prior to arriving at the Navy base was supposed to have been a mobile home. He was driving a rig that is not designed to move such an item. The truck was wrong and the trailer he had was a container hauler. Neither would be used to move a mobile home.

Really???

Warning: Spoilers
I'm hoping the writers are setting up a bait & switch with Vance but do they really think Jack falling for Gibbs would even be believable. I get sick of Hollywood pairing actors with actresses young enough to be their daughters. First bad Ziva dialogue, now a whole episode of Jack being annoying just to suggest a Gibbs crush. This season is starting out really bad!!

A pretty average episode!

"Going Mobile" is an episode that does not stick with you. While entertaining for the most part, the case is not as near as compelling as one would want. "Going Mobile" is not an awful entry to the series, but I did find it underwhelming.

Let's start with the good aspects.

. The production values of the episode are great. The direction's decent, the music fits the scnery and I did like the performances.

. There are some good jokes here and there. Did notice that the story tried to be relevant in today's climate (there is a company in this story that is poisoning the soil).

But....

. The case does not compell very much at the end of the day and feels like a basic mystery one has seen over dozens of times before. The solution as well was lacklustre (murder turned out to be an accident).

Overall, an average episode.

5/10 HK.

Why was this their case?
frabark-7277410 October 2019
Warning: Spoilers
The teaser talks about the body of a Marine lieutenant found under a truck. What Marine? He was a civilian. Why then was this a case for NCIS? And if the killer put that body on a truck toting a mobile home, how did the body end up under this trailer?
