Sex & Nudity

There is a scene where a few characters appear to be having sexual relations at a club, It isn't too graphic.One rape scene but isn't very graphic at all.

Violence & Gore

-The opening credits shows the brutal, very gory montage of a skinned human corpse -- almost 'autopsy' like.

- A man has his organs taken out and his tongue ripped out.

- A man is impaled through the shoulder.

-The same man has his back torn open and his spine cracked. He then has an eyeball taken out.

- A man gets a severe beating with brass knuckles. He then is castrated.

- A woman gets a hook through her chin. ( She later gets taken away by a group of soldiers- implied rape )

- A man has the piercings ripped out of his nipples and another man has his chest sawn open and a heart taken out.

- A man has his head crushed under a stone.

- A man has his head pushed on an oven ( not too graphic ) and he is strangled. Another woman is set on fire.

- A man has an axe jammed into his stomach.

Profanity

Profanity throughout.

A Somene asks someone if he is smoking weed.

Many frightening/intesnse scenes through out the film.
