A really strong episode of NCIS. One of the best of the season for sure.

It almost felt like The Practice or another good legal drama, but the corrupt Government slush fund stuff doesn't interest me. If that is the big story for the finale it will surely be a letdown.

When it comes to "Judge,Jury..." it's a pretty interesting case. I really enjoyed the story and the subplots. That being said, there were a couple of cliches in this episode, which were a bit frustrating (the one surrounding the outcome of the courtcase being one that comes to mind).

Overall, a good one.

I love NCIS and always have. But I find it frustrating when not all the guest appearances are listed. 16/21 has Mike Farrell as Judge but not listed.

As always in American television the trial is a fairy tale

"Technicality" is entertainment-speak for constitutional right. If law enforcement pursuing suspects Constitution be damned is satisfying to the average viewer, it is not satisfying to me.
