The only positive is Scott Bakula. I like his acting chops and his demeanor. I was mostly interested in the Nuclear Power Plant argument. Once again the case was decided by ignoring the evidence. If this were real, that judge would be up for review (which he should have been fifty times already) for prejudice and judicial misconduct. Tiresome: That nymphomaniac woman who brought the suit and Jerry's main squeeze (only?).

The camera work is atrocious. Constant close-ups. Poorly done in what would have been an interesting episode. Fail!
