This is a hard film to describe, but I'll try. This is a short film about a super hero. He isn't a famous one and you've never heard of him--probably because he doesn't live in a huge city and he doesn't have an arch-enemy. So, much of the film is spend with the guy talking to a tiny group of people on the street about his philosophy of life--which isn't really that profound, though I guess this isn't because he's that great a super hero. Then, a villain comes to see him. But, they don't fight because it is not HIS nemesis but another hero's. It seems the two super beings went to school together and their chit-chat is amazingly surreal and unheroic.
That's really all there is to it--a guy with a Southern accent just chatting about life because he really has nothing better to do with his time. While it might sound dull, it's not because the writing is really good--even if the costumes are a tad cheesy.
