The crust of this episode involves a Congresswoman, Miss Austin, arriving in Italy to make some inspections on US troops. Miss Austin is looking to make sure that the US Armed Forces are conducting themselves with dignity in the theater of Europe. She will be looking for any drinking, wild parties or any other vice that would put the forces in a bad light. So everyone, including Harrigan and Binghamton, will have to be on their toes till the Congresswoman exits the country.
Binghamton gets an idea that if Miss Austin sees McHale and his crew in a drunken party mood, he just might be able to get rid of them. But when the Congresswoman cancels her trip to Binghamton's base, he will film the drunken orgy and send it for her to see. But thanks to McHale and his crew, the Congresswoman's film has been manipulated to only show Binghamton. Now the Congresswoman is going to the base to put Binghamton's head on a chopping block. Binghamton is going to have to team-up with McHale to get out of this mess.
There is nothing wrong with the script as the story held the interest of the viewer. There was also some nice scenes but the show was in need of more humor. One of the better scenes was when we get to watch the film with only Binghamton and the girls- that was the best part of the entire episode. Even though the episode ended rather strangely, it did at least provide some entertainment for the viewer. Nothing special about this show but still a nice watch.
