Trouble in subtropical paradise

The backdrop of this story is the savage land. Instead of being urbanised cities now there is jungle and prehistoric references. It really show how diverse the universe of the X-men is, many years of source material can be used. The cast is tremendous and it take a lot of inspiration from the comics.

This really is X-men brought to life. It's so much fun and in this case exciting. Mister Sinister is very scary. From his design, voice, strength and crazy mind and ideas. Personally, I wouldn't have minded it being even one episode longer, so that some of the enemy personalities had more place to develop and shine. But the story succeeds into wanting you to see the ending and more episodes afterwards.
