In this episode Carter is wrongfully arrested when someone in the park is robbed by a black man and Carter is seen jogging through the area. Now Carter is on a crusade against the policies of the police department.
In the meantime, Paul has a racial problem of his own. When he accidentally insults a Mexican councilman, he goes overboard proving that he is not a racist. In fact he goes so far overboard that he keeps putting his foot in his mouth.
For whatever reason, the story left the situation comedy side of the program and turned into a public service announcement. There was a few good lines in the story but when the credit rolled, it seemed as though you had just seen a movie drama instead of a comedy.
