Vogelman's fate is in the hands of the firm and playing fair hasn't accomplished much. So Ellenor decides to invoke a Plan B. Apparently, a Plan B is an effort to get the jury to think that someone else committed the crime. It is to cast doubt on the defendant. This is an incredibly harsh method and toes are stepped on badly. There are still many unanswered questions by the conclusion. It will be interesting to see if any of these answers are forthcoming.
