An interesting episode. It circles around Joel's believing he has a ghost in his house. A guy who lived there forty years ago committed suicide. Joel believes he can hear the guy speaking to him. He drops into that paranoic funk that we are so used to. He goes after Maggie because she didn't tell him that a man had committed suicide. This leads to some introspection as he is tested by his beliefs. On another plain is the reappearance of Eve, the hypochondriac wife (whom we met before) of Adam, the crazy chef who kidnapped Fleischman. Also, Maurice's former commanding officer in the Marines comes to visit and there are some interesting dynamics at work.
