Mork's dying day
kevinolzak21 October 2016
"Mork Runs Down" opens with Orson calling Mork to tell him it's his first birthday, which in earth terms means that he will die without his 'gleek,' a small recharger naturally shaped like an egg. Pinning a note to his ankle as a reminder of when to take it, Mork keeps his 'gleek' hidden, only to leave it where Mindy can find it and put it away in the fridge. In his frenzy of moving faster or slower, and forgetfulness, he winds up in the music store where Mindy finds his written statement: "looks like a footnote!" The fear that Mork will die without his 'gleek' has her and Fred in a rush to find it before time runs out. Only a brief appearance from Jeffrey Jacquet's Eugene, who doesn't want Grandma Cora popping wheelies on her motorcycle while driving him home!
