Conflict, anything but that!

Warning: Spoilers
Lizzie isn't exactly enthralled about the prospect of being a cheerleader. She considers it to be demeaning, but she gives it a shot anyway. She fails, and the popular Kate makes it instead. Lizzie innocently converses with her best friend about the incident on a chat messenger, and accidentally sends the conversation to a bunch of people, including Kate. Kate hates confrontation, so her best friend Miranda takes the rap for her. Lizzie is too petrified about the consequences to tell Kate the truth, but she might have too before Kate makes Miranda's life a living hell. This was my first time watching this show. I've loved Hilary Duff for a lot of years, but strangely enough, i've never seen this show. I quite enjoyed my first taste of it. It's true to high school life, and adds many hilarious situations, especially the pranks from Miranda to get back at Kate. I enjoyed Lizzie breaking the fourth wall, especially when the cartoon version of Lizzie would do it. It was clever and cute. Lizzie McGuire is an extremely likable character. She's flawed as many teenagers are, but she's good hearted. Hilary Duff was an ideal pick to be her. She incorporates plenty of charisma into Lizzie. I also thought this episode delivered a good message about how rumors can cause a chain reaction, and produce hazardous results. Honesty is the best policy. The longer you take to tell the truth, the more severe it can get.

Final Thoughts: This was very enjoyable. This show can be enjoyable for all ages. If you feel you are too old to watch this, don't. I grew up with Hilary Duff, and i'm just now checking this show out. I liked the experience, and will certainly be watching more episodes
