I loved watching Eight is Enough when it debuted back in the 1970s, and quite seriously, when I was on a stopover at Honolulu Airport, I seriously thought I saw Grant Goodeve in the airport lounge waiting for his flight, but I didn't have the courage to ask him, but on reflection I should have.
Anyway, I remember this famous episode, where the Bradford family invited the Vice-President (Mondale at the time) to join them for Thanksgiving Dinner, but this never happened, much to dismay of the Bradford family. Anyway, it's hard to believe this episode debuted 46 years ago, and it's quite timeless.
