When Kimberly mentions that she was born in the apartment, Arnold and Willis mention when their mother brought them there when she was Drummond's housekeeper. Arnold also told Kimberly that he thought she was a beautiful princess. In the pilot episode, that was Arnold and Willis first time in the apartment and their first time meeting Kimberly.
