- As you can expect from a film set on a beach, topless nudity of women is seen. A woman changes into a bikini and is briefly topless.
- After a brief shot of a couple having sex with another person standing guard next to them we see them scramble to put on their clothing when a boss walks in.
- A woman is being operated on and is see topless during the operation.
- A drawing of a stick-man with a large penis is seen.
- Couples are shown dancing sexually, kissing and making out.
Violence & Gore

- A man slices a woman open through her abdomen. We see him removing organs in detail.
- A girl on the run falls off a cliff and we see her head smash into a rock and then we see her body crunch when it lands.
- A man is shot in the face.
- A man stabs another man in the eye with a kebab stick, he pushes it in further causing him to die.
- A bad guy is kicked, punched and then stabbed repeatedly with a knife.
- A man is shot in the back of the head, we see his face with a bit missing from it.

- Nothing in the movie is tense except that scene where a woman's organs are removed.
- This movie is about a bunch of American tourists who are kidnapped in order to have all of their organs removed.
- The movie is not sadistic, the people who are kidnapped are drugged before they have their organs removed, they are usually provided anesthetic. It's not a movie full of torture.
- Sadistic themes and a brutal autopsy scene.

- A man has his head hit with a rock twice, and we see his bloody face. He is then shot.
- A man has has a finger sliced off before he's hacked to death offscreen.
- A mans finger is bitten and he is stabbed.
