The episode "Promised Land" has a rare appearance of Jamie Presley, who made a special appearance as a random extra on the beach that she's uncredited for. She can be spotted more than once walking past the lifeguard Tower and again when they're doing the montage searching for a topless con artist in which Jamies sunbathing topless and directly looks at the camera.

Mitch receives corporal punishment. Byook junior helps brie cadet find topless broad. Heidi Mark sexy no snark. But like, bogus script. Don't bother. Watch Xena instead.

Tad amusing. Was that Chan? On the boat, have had Shang Tsung and Kano. Heidi Mark is nice, why didn't they cast her as a regular. Bleeth's character's bat**** crazy.

Mitch laughing while chinese women is drowning, fabulous.

Season 5 is all weird, can't imagine whats going to be next in 6th.

I think directors has changed. Missing season 3&4 vibe.

Mitch uses rescue gadget that shoots a life preserver to drowning victim

I would like to know the name of the "Gizmo" - gadget used to shoot out a life preserver to a potential drowning victim in episode "Promised Land" !!!!! An Asian woman is rescued and another person ( her brother ?) is rescued with some sort of life preserver "gun" . Does ANYONE know ANYTHING about this ??? !!! Please reply with anything that might help ! Thanks !!! Season 5 I think... I have seen various other kinds of rescue equipment but nothing exactly like the one in this Baywatch episode.Some are called line throwing devices or projectiles . This exact "Gun" was the first and last time I have seen a device this particularly unique . Most of similar inventions are modified real guns and are not the same !Any links or names, companies that manufacture these will be very helpful to my search ! Thank You !
