They ran out of ideas

They filled out most of the episode with flashback from previous episodes.

Hilarious stuff

Man, this is one of the funniest episodes ever. I was in tears from laughing so hard. Showed it to my family and they were cracking up too. Seriously, this is like The Room good. Do yourselves a favor and check this one out.

It's like one montage after another with Mitch doing a world record free dive, baby. He has some out of body experiences and it's all funny.

10/10. The early seasons were so funny and this episode is a stand out for me. I start all Baywatch newcomers with this episode.

the unbearable dullness of heroism

Warning: Spoilers
Mitch risks all to save a life and ends up hallucinating in a tin can. Either skip this episode entirely or come prepared for interminable tedium.

Baywatch!

Warning: Spoilers
Like a clip show, suppose to be Mitch's thoughts but has other character's scenes he wasn't involved in and notice how they didn't flash back to the other Hobie. Mitch invincible!

The start of montage city
hortense_french19 May 2019
Warning: Spoilers
The First of many many many episodes with one or ten too many flashbacks or montages.

After Hobe tells Mitch he misses his Mum, Mitch takes this as the ultimate rejection and in a moment of emotional heroism, deep dives 90ft to save someone with no regard for his own life resulting in him almost dying from the Benz.
