During the initial physicals done by 3 different doctors, at least one of them (the one with the man with the dark hair) asks if he is sexually active. He replies yes, that he is sexually active with his girlfriend; there may have been another follow up question about that

During the first round of physicals, the doctor notes they have to do a rectal exam. Immediately after, the film shows Morgan getting the rectal exam, although a black bar is superimposed over his bare butt. Even with (small) black bar superimposed, however, there is still nudity from the waist down & it is clear the footage is of the doctor inserting his finger into Morgan's behind.

Around the 2nd day of the experiment, Morgan starts complaining that his mid-section hurts, then goes on to specify it is in the area of his penis; though he is clothed, the camera zooms in to highlight that area.

Somewhere in the middle of the film, they interview a blond teenage girl who is discussing how hard it is to see thin, pretty girls around her, especially those in magazines who look so perfect. As she is speaking, "cut out" pics of thin, scantily clad young women (in bikinis, bras, etc) are being placed in the screen around her, eventually closing in on her & covering the entire screen.

During Morgan's "Last Supper" at his apartment there is artwork on the wall of a bare chested woman.

Morgan's girlfriend briefly discusses the effects of their sex life because of the diet, including his inability to maintain an erection due to his fast food eating. She talks about how they have to change sexual positions in relation to that. What to watch for to know this scene is coming: she is sitting alone talking to the camera with her glasses on, talking about how he is so tired at the end of the day.

At the final weigh in, Morgan comes out to the scale dressed only in skimpy red white & blue speedos or underwear. That picture of him is used at the end when comparing the before and after statistics. As each statistic is addressed, notations are made on the picture eg when talking about heart issues, the heart is circled. One of the last issues has him drawing a circle around the penis on the picture with a mention about his sex life.

There are a few scenes depicting stomach-reduction surgery.

An injection is present.

A chicken's head is cut off. Animated

We see Morgan getting several blood tests.

An animated clip shows a chicken getting skinned, butchered and compressed into nuggets (but it's all played for comic effect).

Fair amount of profanity use.

Some Mild References such as when Morgan is asked at the initial physical exams about alcohol and drug usage (he replies in a way that it's "not anymore").

There is a disturbing medical procedure.

Morgan vomits and the camera zooms in on it.
