Bestselling author Clive Cussler has been waging a very public war against film-makers for almost a year, accusing them of breaching agreements made on the project. But sources close to Blake are convinced the actor's bulimia is responsible for his bizarre vomiting on the night of the murder, according to American scandal show Celebrity Justice. According to the prosecution, Robert Blake vomited twice on the night police say he murdered his wife. They say he excused himself at dinner and vomited in the restroom, and then became ill again as police arrived at the murder scene. But, according to sources, Blake has had the eating disorder for years, throwing up three to 10 minutes after every meal.

Prosecutors hoping to send Michael Jackson to jail have been dealt another blow to their case - the mother of the pop star's child molestation accuser has allegedly been using her son's cancer to get money. American TV scandal show Celebrity Justice reports the mother solicited charitable contributions for the boy's medical care when all of the bills were covered by insurance. The information comes from an extensive investigation by California local newspaper the Mid Valley News. Editor Connie Keenan, who ran an article on the family, tells Celebrity Justice, "My readers were used. My staff was used. It's sickening." The editor says the boy's mother approached a reporter for the paper in 2000 and explained her son was battling cancer. Keenan adds, "She pleaded her case that her son needed all sorts of medical care and they had no financial means to provide it." The community paper agreed to run a story soliciting donations. Keenan now admits she regrets the decision: "She's a shark. She was after money." Celebrity Justice reporters have learned the boy's medical expenses were fully covered by his father's insurance plan. Keenan recalls the mother called to demand another story after she was unimpressed when Mid Valley News readers raised over $900 in three weeks. The editor decided not to run a second article.

Burt Reynolds' ex-girlfriend has filed a palimony suit against the movie veteran just a day after he sued her for alleged extortion. Former barmaid Pamela Seals claims in a new lawsuit, filed yesterday, that the actor requested she "quit her job and move from Florida to California" to live with Reynolds and act as his "companion and homemaker." In the legal papers obtained by American court show Celebrity Justice, Seals also claims Reynolds promised he would "support and take care of her and her mother in the manner in which they were accustomed to...for the rest of their lives." She also claims Reynolds repeatedly abused her by "yelling at her, beating and strangling her". The suit seeks half of all assets accumulated during the relationship, 50 per cent interest in Reynolds' home in Florida and punitive damages. Reynolds obviously saw the suit coming - he filed an extortion suit against Seals on Monday, claiming she was threatening to wrongfully accuse him of abuse if he didn't agree to pay her a send-off fee after their romance went sour.

Cameron Diaz is planning a trip to court to confront the man she has accused of trying to blackmail her over topless shots he took of the sexy actress years ago. Snapper John Rutter upset the actress when he informed her he was planning to sell the candid photos he took of Diaz in 1992 to European magazines. He offered the actress a first-right to buy them and the negatives from him, prompting Diaz to charge him with extortion. She has since dropped those charges, but still intends to have her day in court - accusing Rutter of forging her signature on a release form. Rutter's lawyer Mark Werksman, who was in court yesterday for a hearing into the case, has told America's Celebrity Justice show, "I think she'll be a witness for the prosecution, so you can expect that she will be testifying. But Rutter did nothing wrong here. In fact, he did Ms Diaz a favour by giving her an opportunity to purchase these photographs before he sold them on the open market." The trial is set to begin next month.

Former Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss is rooting for her ex Tom Sizemore to rake in as much cash as he can with acting projects - because she plans to sue him for a huge chunk of it. Black Hawk Down star Sizemore was found guilty of abusing Fleiss at a criminal trial last year, and now she plans to do battle with him in a civil court, so she's thrilled to see he has a healthy roster of projects in production. She tells American TV show Celebrity Justice, "I want him to make as much money as he can. I want him to be happy and make lots and lots of money. I hope he works a whole lot and gets $20 million a picture because I'm suing him 'cause what he did to me was not right." In the case, Fleiss alleged Sizemore hit her and damaged or destroyed her valuable property. While Sizemore was found guilty in the criminal case, he hasn't served any jail time because the judge allowed him to enter a drug rehabilitation program. But recently he had his probation revoked after allegedly refusing to complete a drug test - he will remain free until a hearing later this year.

Actor Gary Busey spent Monday morning in jail when an annoyed judge decided to teach him a lesson for turning up to a court date late. The Big Wednesday star turned up 90 minutes late to a spousal support hearing, and was met by police officers who arrested him and then jailed him for two hours while his $25,000 bail was processed. Busey's attorney Vicky Roberts tells American scandal show Celebrity Justice, "I've been practicing law for 21 years and I have never seen anyone arrested for appearing 40 minutes late to a court hearing. Mr Busey didn't appear once before in this courtroom because he was filming a movie in Bulgaria, and the court had issued a bench warrant. I think that's why the court was so harsh this time." The actor was due in court to fight his first wife Judy, who claims Busey owes her more than $1.5 million in back spousal support.

Former Friends star David Schwimmer is suing a disgraced Hollywood fundraiser after he made scandalous tabloid accusations about the actor. Aaron Tonken told America's National Enquirer that Schwimmer had refused to attend one of his charity events unless he gave him a pair of expensive Rolex watches, and had documentation to prove his story. But in legal papers filed in Los Angeles' Superior Court yesterday and obtained by TV show Celebrity Justice, Schwimmer insists Tonken is "a scheming pathological liar, bent on castigating Schwimmer and other celebrities by concocting bogus stories." The actor is also alleging that Tonken, who has been convicted for fraud, "diverted monies intended for cancer charities and other laudable causes, and connived to rationalize his misconduct by blaming it on the demands of celebrities, such as Schwimmer." The angry Friends star goes on to call Tonken's allegations "outrageous" and is demanding $2 million from him for slander.

Hollywood actors Tobey Maguire and Leonardo DiCaprio have joined forces in the courtroom to block a 1995 movie they made from hitting American cinema screens. The childhood pals have filed a joint lawsuit against John Schindler, a man who in court documents identifies himself as "a director and line producer" on the set of Don's Plum, an independent film which the stars shot in 1995, which Schindler now wants to make public. In court documents, Maguire and DiCaprio claim they agreed to make the picture as a short film in order to have fun with a group of friends. They were also hoping to help their friends' careers by giving them a chance to get screen credit when it was shown at film festivals. The film remained under the radar until Titanic shot DiCaprio to superstardom. Sources tell American TV show Celebrity Justice that Don's Plum director RD Robb wanted to capitalize on DiCaprio's success and worked with a producer to try and release it as a full-length film. But DiCaprio and Maguire fought that, arguing that was never the deal. A confidential agreement was reached, allowing the film to only play in Europe. But now the two superstars are fighting Schindler over the same issue, alleging he wants to violate the agreement and exploit the film for his own purposes.

Hotel heiress Paris Hilton has been threatened with a lawsuit, after failing to pay two electricians for $3,995 worth of work carried out at her Los Angeles home. When the socialite moved into her pad, she claimed it was unsafe for her to live there, due to the absence of locks on the front door and blinds on the windows. So the reality TV star called Barak and Tali Ben Shaul, a husband-wife electrician team. The couple quickly went to work on Hilton's house, even though they generally don't do locks and blinds. And normally, the Ben Shauls say they would ask for a big down payment, but because this was Hilton, they made an exception. They installed motion light sensors and locks and put in blinds. The final bill came out to $3,995. The Ben Shauls say they've since sent out many bills and made dozens of calls, but never received payment from Hilton. Barak tells American TV show Celebrity Justice, "Basically, I never thought something like this would happen. It's been, what, since December of last year. Nobody cares. We're small. If I was Ashton Kutcher, I would get my money in a second, I can assure you that." Tali adds, "We're not that important in this town. It just makes me feel bad. And I just want to get my money back. And please, as soon as possible. We've been waiting long enough." The Ben Shauls say that if they don't get paid soon, they will file a lawsuit.
